About the event
We will demonstrate planting a Pizza in the Pot to leave for them to sell or have for their FFA fundraiser. For a hands-on activity, they will plant tomato, basil, oregano, pepper, chives, and parsley seeds in egg cartons. We will then have them make Grass Heads in plastic cups which they will decorate and plant. They will take home a journal to record the growth of their grass heads. Please save your egg cartons (12 egg preferred) and bring them to the Extension office by June 10.
This event has a group. You’re welcome to join the group once you register for the event.
