Field Trip to Simonton Bridge Daylily Farm

This is a return trip to a wonderful field trip we had last year. Owner Joann has over 5000 daylilies. Early and mid season daylilies will be in full bloom. Joann will take us through care & culture and discuss varieties and flower forms. Last year it was a delightful trip and this year is sure to be the same. On the return trip we will stop for lunch at Chops & Hops in Watkinsville. This trip is no fee, with exception of daylily purchases and of course lunch. Joel will be driving the van, and depending upon participation I may need to seek overflow drivers. We will meet at the Ag Center ball field parking lot at 9 am and depart by 9:10 am.
