A Child's Voice - Day 1

A Child's Voice is a child advocacy center serving Walton & Newton Counties.  They provide services to children & teens who may have experienced child sexual abuse, sex trafficing, severe physical abuse, or witness to a violent crime or homicide.  They specifically provide forensic interviews/medical exams, family support & advocacy, prevention education & community outreach.  For more information on A Child's Voice, pamphlets are available in the MG office.  A Child's Voice asked us to design and install a landscape in front of their building that is welcoming and peaceful.  We presented a design that has been accepted (a copy of the design is also available at the MG office) and next step is installation.  The work session will include 1) removing a couple of existing small shrubs, 2) amending the soil (we will source amendment in bulk, top beds with 3 -4 inches and till in to a depth…
